1. Program description
TruFoam may send text messages about a service or offer request, eligibility, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, arrival or service updates, customer support, and related follow-up. If you provide a separate optional promotional opt-in, TruFoam may also send occasional offers or marketing messages.
2. How consent works
When you submit a service or offer request with your mobile number, you authorize TruFoam to call or text about that request and related appointment or service matters. Promotional messages require a separate optional selection on the form or another documented opt-in.
Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of receiving service, using an eligible offer, or making a purchase. You represent that you are at least 18, control the number provided, or are authorized to consent for that number.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, service changes, and whether you separately opted into promotions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. TruFoam does not charge a separate fee for receiving its texts.
4. Opt out
Reply STOP to stop further text messages. You may receive a final confirmation that your request was processed. Opting out of texts does not itself cancel or reschedule an appointment; contact TruFoam by phone or email for appointment changes.

6. Delivery
Text delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and the accuracy of the number provided. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell TruFoam if your number changes or is reassigned.
7. Privacy
TruFoam does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to help TruFoam operate its communications or as otherwise permitted by law. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Changes to these terms
TruFoam may update these terms when its messaging program, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Continued participation after an update is subject to applicable consent requirements and law.
